Come join us for a powerful collective light activation!

Join us on the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year — for an immersive mini retreat of sound healing, connection, intention, and energetic renewal beside the river.

As the sun begins its trek high in the sky, we will gather in sacred circle at the He-Leo Forest Preserve to honor the turning of the season and reconnect to the light within ourselves. Through guided meditation, breathwork, Reiki-infused sound healing, chakra alignment, drum journey and a collective fire release ceremony, you’ll be invited to slow down, ground into nature, and activate your highest self in a supportive community setting.
